Who are we looking for?

You are smart, assertive and speak the language of our customers. You are responsible for the entire sales process. You proactively look for new business and pick up leads. You are close to the customer, work in a solution-oriented way and provide tailor-made advice. You know how to convince the customer of our (online) products and services. You are not afraid to close big deals.

Our main offices are located in Haarlem and Groningen. Currently we are setting-up branche offices in Apeldoorn, Eindhoven, Hasselt, Bristol, Glasgow, Linköping and Munich. Your work area will be throughout the Netherlands and possibly Europe.

What do you do as a sales manager for Qbit?

As sales manager you are an important hub for management and our security centre. You sell the online products and services of Qbit through means of warm acquisition. This involves managing existing customers and actively approaching potential new customers through referrals from existing customers. You follow-up qualified leads that you get through online marketing and social selling. You are responsible for preparing and sending out proposals.


You actively contribute to continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes, (online) products and services and security centre.

We think it is important that you have 'basic' cyber security knowledge. Think of threat analysis, vulnerability management, network monitoring, device security, and incident response. Moreover, you are familiar with ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience as sales manager
  • HBO / WO degree
  • Knowledge of cyber security
  • Passion for sales
  • Great responsibility
